Custom designs typically take 1–3 weeks after we receive your completed order and all required branding files and information.
Turnaround does not begin until we have everything needed to start your project.
Your custom design includes 2 rounds of revisions only.
A revision round is one consolidated list of requested changes submitted after receiving a proof.
Please review each proof carefully and submit all requested changes together.
Additional revision rounds are not offered.
Time spent waiting for customer feedback, missing files, or replacement artwork is not included in the estimated turnaround time.

MacPack works with the files you provide.
We do not recreate, redraw, clean up, or convert low-quality artwork into high-quality vector files as part of the custom design service.
Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or otherwise poor-quality artwork may affect the final design and print quality.
Digital colors, HEX codes, and colors selected on our website are used as references only.
Printed colors may appear up to 40% different in perceived appearance from what is shown on your screen due to differences in monitors, printers, inks, vinyl, laminate, and print profiles.
Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless specifically arranged.
The $95 purchase is for custom design services only.
No physical toolbox wrap is included with this purchase.
