FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does the $250 design deposit include the wraps?
No. The $250 covers your custom design service. Physical toolbox wraps are purchased separately after your design is approved.
How many toolbox brands does my design cover?
Your custom design covers one toolbox brand, such as Milwaukee, DeWalt or another available brand. We adapt your approved design across all MacPack templates currently available for that brand.
What if I want the same design for another toolbox brand?
Each toolbox brand requires a separate custom design purchase. Different toolbox brands use different box shapes, sizes and layouts, so the design must be adapted specifically for that brand.
Can I use my company logo and brand colors?
Yes. Your logo, company colors and existing branding can all be incorporated into your custom MacPack design.
How many revisions are included?
Your custom design includes up to 2 revisions before final approval. Once the included revisions have been used, the design will be finalized from the approved direction.
How long does the custom design process take?
Custom designs typically take 1–3 weeks to complete. Timing may vary depending on current design volume and how quickly feedback and requested information are provided.
What if I add another toolbox later?
Simply search your business name and open your collection. If we already have a template available for that toolbox within your approved brand, you can order its wrap whenever you need it.
What if MacPack adds a new toolbox template later?
New templates are not automatically added to your collection. If we release a new template for your approved toolbox brand that you need, contact us and we can add your existing design to that template.
Do I receive the design files or toolbox templates?
No. Custom design files and MacPack toolbox templates are not provided. Your approved wraps are made available through your searchable business collection so you can purchase the wraps you need directly from MacPack.
Can I order more of the same wrap later?
Yes. Your business collection stays available so you can return, select the toolbox wrap you need and place another order anytime.
